Solicitation to fill KSRPOA Board Vacancies

As a result of two (2) recent Board member resignations which will be effective the close of the January 18, 2016 Annual Meeting, the Board intends to fill these two positions via appointment in accordance with our KSRPOA CC&R's and By-laws.
Accordingly, the Board is soliciting Association members willing and able to serve our neighborhood association for the remaining portion of the respective Director’s term which will be approximately one year.
If you are interested in filling one of these positions, please send the Board any pertinent information about yourself, and include your responses to the following five questions:
· Have you previously served on this Board, or any other Board?
· Why do you want to serve on the KSRPOA Board?
· How much time are you able to commit to Board activities per month?
· What attributes/experiences do you possess that can contribute to the Board to improve association member involvement/participation?
· What do you believe should be the Board’s number one goal or priority for 2016, and why?
