Kirby Springs Ranch is a private country subdivision located in the 2400 block of Hwy 290 East in Dripping Springs, Texas - "The Gateway to the Hill Country - It All Starts Here".

 

Kirby Springs Ranch is over 900 acres with 80 home sites carved from land that served as watering areas for the Longhorn cattle on trail drives to market over 100 years ago. Now those grassy hill sides are covered with live oaks and post oaks, persimmon and other varieties of hardwood trees. Cedar, of course, is in the landscape and provides habitat for cardinals, titmouse, chickadees and the occasional painted bunting.

 

Kirby Springs Ranch subdivision is a jewel tucked up into the Northwest corner of Hays County about 25 miles west of downtown Austin. Country estate home sites range from 5 to 20+ acres and all property owners are members of the Kirby Springs Ranch Property Owners Association.
